Planting a seed
With the right challenges/pressure/temperature, a bunch of coal that has a seed diamond present will start the process of becoming a larger diamond. Left long enough under intense pressure and massive amounts of heat, it is possible to have a very large diamond come out with very little coal left over… theoretically
When life sends challenges in the face of a family, the heads of households have to take on the mantle of keeping the family on course and moving forward. In the process and journey of overcoming, the members of that family can grow stronger together and come out the other side as proven diamonds.
That seed can be a vision for the family or someone who believes better for the family playing an influential role during that period of challenges.
The chief empowering order of the parents (get it. C.E.O.) is to provide stability and direction for the family as the challenges are faced so that the children do not endure unnecessary instability.
The children, of course.
While some people believe themselves to be coal, which there is nothing wrong with that, the downside of coal is that under pressure it tends to crumble into smaller pieces. Those smaller pieces are easier to combust and burn.
Coal is an excellent fuel. It’s down sides CO2 emissions, greenhouse gases, acid rain, and other not so fun effects.
When people crumble under pressure and burn, they tend to leave toxic residues that adversely affect their surroundings. Sure, while they’re burning, they provide great heat, excitement, energy, drive, and ignition fuel for others to burn. But, in this tortured analogy, humans are not designed to burn (in the sense of burning out).
Adults have enough experience and grit to understand how to weather out storms and challenges. Many children do not. And having burnt out role models in parents is a recipe for disaster in the lives of these children…setting up the potential for generational coal dust and pollution to accumulate toxicity to their respective communities.
More for the children
The seed of hope that gets planted in the children comes from the CEOs of the home. The Chief Empowerment Officers of the home. It’s our responsibilities to plan the seeds that will help them grow into diamonds instead of settling for coal.
note: nothing wrong with coal. We need coal energy actually. But the human heart is better served when it’s not coal… that’s why in children’s stories, being given a lump of coal is not a good thing generally
That seed to be planted has to come from parents who have their own diamond to share. In the event they don’t, they can learn to grow into diamonds, so that they can plant that seed for their children.
Prayer, meditation, education, mirroring great examples, and constant course corrections along the way allows heads of households to make concurrent progress while growing and seeding diamonds.
Great blog! Is your theme custom made or did you download it from soremhewe? A theme like yours with a few simple tweeks would really make my blog stand out. Please let me know where you got your theme. With thanks
Hi Jayde,
This theme came with my host package. I am not yet sure if you’re able to get it elsewhere. I’ll check and let you know. Btw, thanks for asking and apologies for the massively late response.
