The associations of coal and diamond

To torture the analogy a bit more, there is another phenomena of interest. Diamonds can be manufactured. And the easiest way to make the process go faster is to have a seed diamond. An anchor point for the carbon to settle onto and adopt the right configuration to become a bigger diamond.

In the case of coal, there is no seeding technology that this writer is aware of (not saying it does not exist). In fact, it’s cheap enough to go get coal that there is not much need to create it in a lab or for commercial purposes. Diamonds however, are not easy to get. Certain applications require making diamonds instead of digging miles below the surface to pull more out.

And with regards to the family

Having the mindset of being coal and associating with others of similar mindset means you remain coal. It’s the use of the principle that birds of a feather will flock together.

It’s a messy process sometimes, it’s dusty, and the coal doesn’t mind being around more of it’s own. In the business of building solid strong households, settling for the status quo is not going to always lead to more advance results.

In order for CEOs of any home to elevate their family to the next level, there often needs to be a seed of innovation to provide guidance. That seed can come in many shapes and forms.

-mentors

-other families to network with

-other CEOs of households sharing their wisdom in blogs, vlogs, books, podcasts, or any other learning medium out there

-Praying for inspiration, then acting on the inspiration to get better results

  1. Great blog! Is your theme custom made or did you download it from soremhewe? A theme like yours with a few simple tweeks would really make my blog stand out. Please let me know where you got your theme. With thanks

    1. Hi Jayde,

This theme came with my host package. I am not yet sure if you’re able to get it elsewhere. I’ll check and let you know. Btw, thanks for asking and apologies for the massively late response.
